The invention discloses a powder preheating device for laser selective melting equipment. According to a control method for the powder temperature of the laser selective melting equipment, the heating temperatures TN of the heating units in each layer vary with the layer number of the heating units; the heating temperature T'N of a heating plate below a base plate of the bottom of the forming cylinder body ceaselessly varies with changing of the current printing height of a part; and the heating temperatures of the heating units in the same layer are the same, once the preheating device is opened, the temperature tends to be constant, and control of the temperature is simplified.
