The invention discloses a thermochromic LED lamp. The thermochromic LED lamp comprises a lamp holder body, a substrate and an illumination unit, wherein the substrate is arranged at the top surface of the lamp holder body; the illumination unit comprises an LED light source and a thermochromic device; the LED light source is arranged at the top of the substrate and thermally connected with the substrate; the thermochromic device serves as a transparent or semitransparent structure, arranged above the LED light source and thermally connected with the substrate; when the temperature on the substrate changes, the colors of the thermochromic device also change. The thermochromic LED lamp can provide a plurality of illumination modes, and has the advantages of adjusting light and colors.
