Performance Analysis of BER Employing OFDM POLSK with RoFSO System over Malaga Distribution

2021
Free space optical communication (FSOC) is in enormous plea for high bandwidth and data rate. It is the technique to send the data wirelessly which spreads light in unrestricted space such as air, vacuum or cosmic space. It has high data rate up to 2.5Gbps over a range of 100m to few kilometer. It can transfer more radio frequency signals over new methodology called radio on FSO, it deploys orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM). In this paper we have considered two modulation techniques Quadrature Amplitude (QAM) and Polarization Shift Keying (PoLSK). The overall performance has been investigated over Malaga distribution with weak to strong atmospheric turbulence. The Malaga turbulence regime characterized by BER and Outage probability density function (PDF) Free space optical has advantages like high bandwidth and unlicensed spectrum but it has some challenges like common irradiation scintillation distributions interference and atmospheric turbulence while transferring data through wireless. Mathematical expressions will helpful for assessing the systems outage probability and average bit error rate (ABER). The main tasks is to get better performance of pointing error and environmental disturbances.
