Strategic perspectives of the XXIst century Russia can not be worked out without self-determination of Siberia as civilization. This is the main topic of interdisciplinary study. This study is based on the theme of Siberia understanding it both as the main object of philosophy and as the question of becoming the Siberian philosophical society an outstanding subject. The arguments contain the underlying the potential of Siberia on the global level.
