Optimum User Interface Design with C Language

User Interface development for any application program is the most important task and is very difficult to build with languages like C. Here in this paper main Motto is to present a code library that will provide a number of routines for building User Interface in an easiest manner. Also the Interface development using this library is known as TUI and it can be converted to GUI by implementation of simple changes. This will help to optimize the application for heavily loaded server environment as well as pretty looking client system.
