Bilateral Chronic compartment syndrome in a manual worker

There are few reports concerning chronic compartment sindrome producing symptoms in the forearm. A clinical case of a manual worker with a bilateral simultaneous affection is presented. Percutaneous decompression was effective in relieving the symptoms related to chronic forearm compartment syndrome.
