Differential proteomic analysis of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinom and cystadenoma

Objective To identify the different proteins between ovarian serous adenocarcinoma and ovarian serous cystadenoma by proteomics techniques,and to find specific biomarkers.Methods The technique of two-dimensional liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used in this experiment.Results A total of 128 differential proteins were identified between ovarian serous adenocarcinoma and ovarian serous cystadenoma.There are 116 proteins over-expressed in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma,and 12 proteins low-expressed in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.Conclusion Fibronectin 1,Lumican,Decorin,Osteoglycin,Tubulin A、B,Actinin B、 Cofilin,Keratin 8,Desmin,Annexin A1、A2,YWHAZ,Talin 1,Transketolase 1,Cathepsin D,ATP-dependent DNA helicase 6,Glutathione S-transferase,Nucleolin,Prohibitin,Antigen peptide transporter 1,Complement 4A are reported to be abnormal expressed in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma for the first time,Which will be beneficial in the differential diagnosis of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and ovarian serous cystadenoma.The proteins which are related to the abnormal material and energy metabolism can be used to establish metabonomics modeling of diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
