2010
The pathogenesis of primary cutaneous amyloidosis. Abstract: primary cutaneous amyloid-osis (PCA) is a chronic dermatosis, which is defined as the deposition of amyloid in the skin, in the absence of systemic involvement. Currently the majority of the studies and literatures related to PCA are focused on the eti-ology of PCA, and the origin of amyloid protein. In this review, we will review and discuss these two aspects of PCA, to provide data for further study of PCA.
