Ультразвуковые и морфологические параллели при хроническом абактериальном простатите

2011
The transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) examination of the prostate has become the golden standard in chronic prostatitis (CP) ultrasound diagnosis. According to the scientific sources, in approximately 77.8% of TRUS examinations so-called ultrasound signs of chronic prostatitis are found. However, none of the described ultrasound signs of chronic prostatitis has been significant in cases with or without persistant morphologically confirmed chronic prostatitis. It is not recommended to rely on TRUS results of the prostate either in diagnosing CP or in patient CP ranking.
