Statistical Genetics and Its Application in Drug Trail

2020
The statistical genetics can focus on a whole range of topics from drug modification, dosage variation, gene therapy, identification of rare gene, genetic variants for HIV and malignancy diseases in human beings and animals and also modelling techniques and will be used for reproductive therapy. Therefore in all disciplines, the research is carried out by developing, smoothening, and testing new therapy, whether or not it has been precluded by the desired level of qualitative and quantitative traits. For decade, the genetic modelling played a significant role in modern medicine for exploring new genetic models to determine if the current treatment will be performed to develop advanced clinical trial and practices for the health benefits of human being. In this paradigm, many statistical geneticists conducted numerous research intervention for developing new genetic algorithms for rare diseases and drug trail experimentations. Moreover, many advanced genetic modelling studies will be necessary to rediscover advanced genetic tools for drug manufacturing process to fulfill the research gap at micro- and macrolevel. In this context, this chapter discusses various genetic models approach to real data sets of HIV mother to child transmission, who received highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART). The basic introduction and genetic applications are also described briefly with suitable illustrations.
