Influence of circular dichroism on properties of transmission holograms in cubic photorefractive piezocrystals

The influence of circular dichroism on diffraction efficiency of the holograms recorded in a cubic photorefractive optically active piezocrystals is investigated. It is shown, that the account of circular dichroism allows to change values of orientation angle at which linear polarization is reached.© (1998) COPYRIGHT SPIE--The International Society for Optical Engineering.
