LOS MECANISMOS ALTERNATIVOS DE SOLUCION DE CONTROVERSIAS PARA EL ESTADO DE SONORA

Estado de Sonora en la Republica Mexicana se hacen necesarios, imprescindibles, debido a que son una valvula de escape a la gran cantidad de asuntos que se ventilan en los tribunales de diferentes materias. En este momento en particular en nuestro Estado de Sonora con la reciente entrada en vigor del proceso penal Acusatorio Oral, se hacen necesarios y oportunos. Fue un acierto por parte del legislador federal elevar a rango constitucional la implementacion de mecanismos alternativos de resolucion de controversias porque asi se le da la importancia que se necesita en este momento para la administracion de justicia en Mexico. Abstract: The alternative mechanisms of resolution of controversies in our State of Sonora in the Mexican Republic become necessary, indispensable, due to the fact that they are a valve of leak to the great quantity of issues that are ventilated in the courts of different matters. At this moment especially in our State of Sonora with the recent entry into force of the penal Accusatory Oral process, they become necessary and opportune. It was a success on the part of the federal legislator to raise to constitutional range the implementation of alternative mechanisms of resolution of controversies because this way there is given him the importance that is needed at this moment for the administration of justice in Mexico.
