ДЕРЖАВНЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ЦІН НА ОСВІТНІ ПОСЛУГИ У СФЕРІ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ

Analyze the methods of the state regulation of prices for educational services in state-owned higher education organizations, identify gaps in their use and recommendations for improving the existing conceptual approaches for determining the cost of tuition. The analysis of the methods of state prices regulation for educational services in higher education state-owned were done; emphased on direct methods; the disadvantages of the procedure of determination tuition costs of legal and physical were found and conceptual approaches to improving the state regulation of pricing policy in higher education were offered. A study proved that the current system of state price regulation in higher education is ineffective. Making the changes to the procedure for determining the cost of educational services and a wider use of other methods of state regulation of the prices in this area will able to the higher education institutions to increase their opportunities for involvement additional financial resources.
