Συμμετοχικός Σχεδιασμός περιβάλλοντος χώρου Πανεπιστημιουπόλεων: Η περίπτωση του Δημοκρίτειου Πανεπιστημίου στην Κομοτηνή

The aim of this paper iS to present planning proposals for the University Campus near the city of Komotini, which includes the departments of Gymnastics Academy, Law and Literature. The methodology used was the distribution of questionnaires to students and teachers in order to understand their needs, analyze the current situation ίπ the region, propose new ideas to upgrade the site and design a general project to organize the campus. Finally, create detailed plans for specific parts of the campus and balance two different issues - artificial landscape and natural landscape. The surrounding area of the Gymnastics Academy was analyzed ίπ detail. There were designed plans, sections, aχonometric drawings with modern graphics. Result of the redesign and upgrade of the University Campus ννίll be the creation of an attraction pole for the citizens of Komotini and an interesting place for the students to leave and study.
