Immuno-Gold Labeling of Drosophila Follicles for Transmission Electron Microscopy

Detecting the localization of cellular components using gold nanoparticles has come to offer tremendous advantages in cell biology, allowing for the high resolution imaging of the cellular organization at the subcellular level.
