Method for constructing underground garage between residential buildings

The invention provides a method for constructing an underground garage between residential buildings. The method comprises the following steps that: enclosing piles and middle upright post piles are pressed into the stratum in set positions; the pile tops of the upright post piles are positioned under a garage top slab; rotary jet grouting is performed above the position of the garage top slab; excavation is performed at the two sides of the garage to the garage depth; the excavation parts are used as underground excavation soil outlet openings; soil digging excavation is started under a cement soil layer from a garage entrance and exit part; after the excavation reaches a certain distance, a bottom slab or a side wall of a foundation pit is cast in an underground excavation completion region; a circle of corbels are manufactured on the top end of each upright post pile; sectional steel is put on the corbels arranged on the top ends of the adjacent piles; a top slab steel bar cage is bound; a prefabricated slab element is put under the steel bar cage and is used as a bottom die for casting to form the garage top slab; and an underground garage inner lining structure is constructed after the concrete maintenance is completed. The method has the advantages that under the condition of not influencing underground pipelines and upper part structures of a residential area, the underground garage can be completed through underground excavation; the periphery construction disturbance is small; and the environment pollution is avoided.
