Clinical observation of Yangyin Yiqi Misture in treating idiopathic palmonary fibrosis with qi and yin deficiency

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Yiqi Misture on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with qi and yin deficiency.Methods: A randomized controlled study was used.Results: Yangyin Yiqi Misture in treating the moderate IPF qi and yin deficiency patients has a significant effect in mitigating symptoms and improving quality of life by increased FVC,and diffusing capacity of carbon monoxide(P0.05).Conclusion: Yangyin Yiqi Misture had a certain effect to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with qi and yin deficiency.
