Los instrumentos legles de la política turística como base para un turismo responsable y sostenible en Latinoamérica: análisis para Colombia, Perú, México y Honduras

There is no doubt that Tourism carried out in a responsible and sustainable manner, generates economic, social and environmental development where it’s applied, and even more so, in areas as complex as the Latin-American region. This article begins studying the current tourism situation in four Latin-American countries (Colombia, Peru, Mexico and Honduras), it then, carries out a deep analysis of Tourism Policies and the legal frameworks that sustain them. This is evaluated in the context of a series of principles for the suitable regulatory approach for responsible, sustainable tourism that really contributes to diminishing poverty and to generate well-being and I development of the most vulnerable populations of Latin America.
