The purpose of this study was to examine the association perceived health-related physical fitness and depressive levels according to weekly physical activity pattern among university students. Data were analyzed for 132 students who responded to self-reported base cross-sectional survey relating to socio-demographic variables, depressive assessment, short version of the IPAQ and a health-related physical fitness test. Prevalence rate of CES-D score of 21 more than according to weekly physical activity status showed that 73.9% at IAG, 26.1% at SAG. Prevalence rate of 20m shuttle run of average or over according to weekly physical activity status showed that 41.6% at IAG, 58.4% at SAG. In comparison with the cardiorespiratory endurance was significantly less likely SAG (multi-adjust model: OR, 0.22; 95% confidence interval [95% CI], 0.90-0.53; p The results revealed that health-related physical fitness and depressive levels correlates of weekly physical activity pattern. This finding suggest the necessity of developing specific strategies for physical activity intervention by health-related physical fitness and depressive among university students.
