Роль терапии атопического дерматита в профилактике атопического марша

Based on prospective epidemiological studies, the authors demonstrate that in case of manifestations of atopic dermatitis before the age of seven, during the school period the atopic march evolves with a decrease of the number of mild forms of AD, with preservation of its severity and an increase of coupling of skin and respiratory atopia, It has been found that regimens of drug therapy and rehabilitation employed in medical practice do not ensure a full control of atopia. Comparative results are presented of a therapy of severe of AD at the preschool age using traditional regimens and combination of desloratadine and mometasone fuorate. A rapid relief of symptoms of exacerbation within 5 to 10 days, prolongation of a remission of skin and respiratory atopia, reduced activity of allergic inflammation have been obtained.
