Wet process lead, bismuth, cobalt, nickel and molybdenum comprehensive recovery method

2015
The invention discloses a wet process lead, bismuth, cobalt, nickel and molybdenum comprehensive recovery method, which comprises the following steps: molybdenum is leached from a complex material containing lead, bismuth, cobalt, nickel and molybdenum by an alkali liquor, a first leaching liquid and a first leaching residue are obtained by separation, and the first leaching liquid contains the molybdenum; acid is added into the first leaching liquid for neutralization, and calcium salt is added to obtain calcium molybdate sediment; hydrochloric acid and chlorate are added into the first leaching residue to leach bismuth, cobalt and nickel, a second leaching liquid and a second leaching residue are obtained by separation, the second leaching liquid contains the bismuth, the cobalt and the nickel, and lead is left in the second leaching residue; alkali liquor is added into the second leaching liquid to adjust the pH to 2.0-2.5, and bismuth oxychloride sediment and a third leaching liquid are obtained by separation; and sulfide is added into the third leaching liquid to obtain sulfide sediment of the cobalt and the nickel. The wet process lead, bismuth, cobalt, nickel and molybdenum comprehensive recovery method has the advantages that the operation is simple; the technological process is short; and no solid waste is produced.
