A case of duodenal duplication in an adult

We report a rare case of duodenal duplication, manifested in an adult with aspecific symptoms, whose diagnosis was possible with ultrasound at the beginning and then with gastrointestinal barium study, endoscopic ultrasonography and contrast etihanced CT scan, it was confirmed surgically.
