Ligand‐Free Copper‐Catalyzed Arylation of Phosphonamides and Phosphinamides with Aryl Siloxanes

A general arylation of phosphonamides and phosphinamides by aryl siloxanes was herein demonstrated. The reaction proceeded with catalytic loadings of Cu(OAc)2 and TBAF without any external ligands. And arylated products were obtained in high efficiency (up to 88% yields) and good substituents tolerance (up to 26 examples). Furthermore, the competitive reactions indicated that the amino group on phosphonamides and phosphinamides exhibited similar activities in the system.
