1994
PRESENTS A CHEMICAL COMPOUND OF FORMULA (I) and pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, wherein Y is C SUB {24}; X is a valence bond or alkylene C SUB {1-6}; R2 is an aryl substituted or unsubstituted (EG phenyl and naphthyl.) Or heteroaryl (EG thienyl and furyl.); R2 is hydrogen or aryl C SUB {1-6}; R3 is hydrogen, OR SIMILAR HYDROXIDE; R4 is benzyl substituted or unsubstituted OR OTHERWISE. EXAMPLES Typical are (2S *, 3S *, 4S *, 5S *) - 4-carboxide-3- [N- (5-ISOPROPYL-2METOXIDO-BENZYL) AMINO] -5-METHYL-2-phenylpyrrolidine and (2S * , 3S *, 5S *) - 5-CARBOXIDO.3- [N- (2METOXIDO.5.TRIFLUOROMETOXIBENCILO) amino] -2-phenylpiperidine. NEW ACIDS azaheterocyclecarboxylic SUBSTITUTED of the invention have excellent activity antagonistic OF THE SUBSTANCE PY THEREFORE ARE USEFUL FOR THE TREATMENT OF GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASES, CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM, ALLERGIES, inflammatory diseases, asthma, pain or migraine in MAMMALS, ESPECIALLY IN HUMANS.
