The article is devoted to solving issues of environmental standardization technogenic impact for radioelectronic industry in the frame of a basin using an algorithm and geoinformation technologies. Geoinformation system is presented as effective tool for differentiated managing of load to the environment from industrial complexes. Structure of geodatabases creation for separate natural-engineering complex as sub-systems is developed. Characteristics of these sub-systems are presented as geographic information systems layers, tables, charts, reporting forms. Combined standardization algorithm for objective study load for each of considered industrial electronic complexes as geographic information system project «Environmental standardization of technogenic impact for radioelectronic industry» is proposed. Integrated assessment of real load to water basin with opportunity of natural-engineering complex control is suggested within the project.
