Cause and management of sheet steel product izai defects

Izai defects seriously impact on customer satisfaction,and reduce product brand reputation. No izai defect is the basic quality requirements. Using of FMEA tools,different potential failure mode and effects,failure causes and improvement measures in the sheet steel production process were studied. Potential failure effects include the difference between the requirements of the contract,the content of the label and product characteristics are inconsistencies. In order to prevent the occurrence of izai defects,two aspects measure were adopoted: to prevent the izai defects from occurring and outflowing. At the same time,according to the production practice management,it is necessary to put forward the effective management measures.
