The coupler 15 is associated a comparison unit to which is transmitted in the reverse manner, by way of input variables, at least two quantities of force or displacement observed between the body 4 and the axle 10 of both sides 47, 49 of the vehicle, and which in the case of a difference of the input quantities, determines a transverse acceleration as a output variable, where at least one of the actuators provided between the body 4 and the axle 10, each associated respectively to one of the sides 47, 49 of the vehicle and for providing the force necessary for actuation of the coupler 15 is operatively connected to the coupler.
