An end-to-end multi-GHz serial channel design process

An end-to-end process has been developed to investigate and constrain the designs of multi-GHz serial channels. This serial channel design process consists of three sections: (1) technology investigation, (2) pre-route channel modeling, and (3) post-route system modeling and verification.
