K대학 BTL 기숙사 건축공사 현장의 시공 BIM 활용 사례

According to the announcement of the Korea PPS, the application of BIM to public buildings over 50 billion won has begun to be introduced since 2012. From 2016 (onwards), all customized service public building projects ordered by the Public Procurement Service (PPS) are required to implement BIM. As the introduction of BIM increases, the number of projects which review the application method and application of BIM or introduce actual BIM also increases. Therefore, this study also examines the application of BIM to actual construction site and introduces the utilizing level of BIM in the construction phase.
