Radiation curable composition containing vinyl ether functional group and its manufacture

PURPOSE: To form a cured film from a radiation curable compsn. contg. silicone vinyl ethers. CONSTITUTION: Silane or siloxane, vinyl ether compd. and hydrosililation catalyst are mixed and reacted, and to the reaction product (I) a photocleavable acid is added, and the mixture (II) is coated on a solid substrate to form a film, then the film is exposed to chemical beam radiation or both chemical beam radiation and heat.
