The method comprises the following steps: completing the construction from a node-section foundation pit to a first inner support; completing the construction from standard-section foundation pits to the first inner support; and conducting cross construction of the node-section foundation pit and the standard-section foundation pits until the designed elevation is reached. In the construction process of the standard-section foundation pits, when standard-section foundation pit earth is excavated to the depth corresponding to the week position of a node-section foundation pit support structure, the construction of external supports and external gusset plates of the node-section foundation pit support structure is completed in the standard-section foundation pits first, and then standard-section foundation pit earth is excavated. According to the method provided by the invention, the cross construction of the node-section foundation pit and the standard-section foundation pits is realized by adopting the method that the external supports and the external gusset plates of the node-section foundation pit support structure are constructed in sequence in the standard-section foundation pits, and the construction time and the construction cost are shortened greatly.
