Procedure anaerobic digestion temperature phases of solid urban waste.

2010
Procedure anaerobic digestion temperature phases of municipal solid waste. # The invention is a process for the anaerobic degradation in temperature stages (sequential thermophilic-mesophilic) of the MSW through which is achieved increase the stability of the process and the processability of the organic waste per day, with a higher efficiency in the production of biogas referring to amount of organic material fed into the system or consumed by it. # consists of subjecting the residue to a thermophilic pretreatment for a certain time for high hydrolysis and solubilization of organic waste efficiently. The second process step involves subjecting the prehydrolysis residue during the thermophilic phase mesophilic degradation, so that the solubilized matter is consumed during this second phase.
