Исторический генезис судебной власти

The article addresses the issues associated with the formation of the judiciary power in Russia. It was studied normative and the legislative acts of the base of which was approved the concept of judicial reform. It was described this legal institution on the main stages of the justice in Russia. Identify problem points functioning of the institution of judicial power in the modern period, which should be taken into account in its further development. Among them, the author highlights the need to enhance the authority of the judiciary, the ability to seek recognition and voluntary execution of court decisions, the formation of a system of social and financial guarantees for carriers of the judiciary, which gave rise to their moral need to act according to moral norms and the letter of the law, the organisation of such an interaction vessels and of contributing to the realisation of justice, in which will be fully working system of cheques and balances, and others.
