Monitoring of Sugammadex Dosing at a Large Tertiary Care Pediatric Hospital

Introduction:Anesthesiologists use sugammadex to reverse neuromuscular blockade (NMB) produced by rocuronium and vecuronium. Its mechanism involves encapsulation of the neuromuscular blocking agent. Sugammadex dosing is based on the depth of NMB, assessed by measuring the train-of-four (TOF).Methods
