A high-Tc organic-ionic phase transition crystal obtained from trivalent cation

Previously, organic-ionic crystal phase transition materials mainly focus on mono- or divalent organic amine cations, while the higher valent amine cations are rarely introduced. Here, we selected a ring-shaped trivalent organic amine, triethylenetriamine to construct a high-Tc phase transition material, triethylenetriammonium trichloride ([HTETA]3+ 3[Cl]-).
