The Future of Knowledge and the Ways of Doing Theology

2016
The classical ways of doing theology, the apophatic and the cataphatic will face a new era in what regards human knowledge; the growth and the speed of the latter combined with the social changes that are already under way, will pose challenges and perhaps create opportunities for the Christian discourse about God. In this paper we argue that the knowledge of the future favors an apophatic approach ratherthan a cataphatic one.
