Electrochemical investigation of formation of gallium antimonide on antimony surface in molten electrolyte

Formation of gallium antimonide in the surface layer of solid antimony in its cathodic polarization inmolten LiCl-KCl electrolyte, containing gallium ions at 673 K was investigated by various electrochemical methods. The composition of the layer surface layer was identified by X-ray phase analysis
