This paper acquires calculation flow of convection heating surface clean factor by calculating thermodynamic equilibrium on steady working condition of boiler convection heating surface and establishing ash fouling detecting model of convection heating surface based on clean factor which characterizes ash fouling degree.It also analyzes thermodynamic equilibrium of convection heating surface on varying load working condition,establishes corresponding thermodynamic equilibrium calculation model and clean factor and carries out dynamic regulation to critical according to security and economy policy,which effectively guides ash blowing and determines best blowing opportunity.
