The embodiment of the invention discloses an experimental device and method based on a temporal bone model. The device comprises a sound output device, a sound receiver, a master controller and the temporal bone model; the sound output device comprises a first output end which is arranged at an inlet of a sound conduction path of the temporal bone model in a sealed mode, the sound receiver comprises a first receiving end which is arranged at an outlet of the sound conduction path of the temporal bone model in a sealed mode, and the master controller is connected with the sound output device and the sound receiver. Accordingly, the embodiment of the invention further provides the experimental method based on the temporal bone model. According to the technical scheme, the influence degree of temporal bone nidus vespae with different gasification degrees and gas states on vascular tinnitus is researched conveniently, by making different types of temporal bone models, the purpose that research on sound change by designing different experimental conditions for multiple factors is achieved, and an effective method is provided for conducting deep-going research on the vascular tinnitus.
