According to the technical scheme, a main vibrating and levelling control box (261) is installed to one end of a vibrating truss (25) or on a vibrating and levelling travelling device (28), a travelling sensor device (281) is mounted on the vibrating and levelling travelling device (28), and a wireless transmitting device and a wireless receiving device are arranged in a mobile wireless remote control box (132) and the main vibrating and levelling control box (261) respectively, an ad-hoc wireless network is adopted to realize remote data transmission and action executing command issue, and smart control in vibrating and levelling of concrete different in width and depth is realized through preset software. Due to the fact that manual operation is not required, both efficiency and levelness are improved greatly, levelling effect is better, and automatic and continuous operation is realized. The method and the system are mainly applied to the fields of reactive powder concrete production and construction and the like.
