Isolating and Screening of Antagonistic Actinomyces to Erwonia carotovora var. Carotovora

The actinomyces against Erwonia carotovora var.Carotovora were isolated from soil by the method of plate dilution.According to the size of inhibiting circle,12 strains with stronger antagonism,such as F10,F4,F5,F11 and so on,were obtained preliminarily.The 12 strains were further screened by antagonistic activity of their fermentation broth and the dilution liquid of fragmentized mycelia.The experimental results indicated that the activity of fermentation broth of F11 was the strongest and better than F1 and F9,and the activity of the dilution liquid of F12 fragmentized mycelia was the strongest and better than F3,F11,F1 and F10.The distribution of antagonistic substance produced by different strain was different in cell and fermentation broth.
