Isolation and identification of canine distemper virus from fox.

A virus strain was isolated from the blood of fox,which could grow well and produce stabilization cytopathic effects in MDCK cells.It was demonstrated to be a canine distemper virus by a series of systematic indentification such as electron microscope observe,morphology physicochemically,TCID50,animals infection test,RT-PCR and real time RT-PCR.It was named CDV-FOX-TA.
