Therapeutic Evaluation of Cisplatin, Vindesine, and Mitomycin C Therapy in Advanced Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

80mg／m2，　Vindesine　3mg／m2　and　Mitomycin　C　10mg／ln2　by　intravenous　administration　Qn　day　1．　The response　rate（RR）was　20％，　and　the　median　survival　time　was　41．3　weeks．　Patients　with　squamQus　cell carcinoma　had　a　RR　Qf　33％，　those　wlth　adenocarcinoma　16％，　and　those　with　large－cell　carcinoma　O％。　The median　survival　time　of　the　responders（patiellts　with　more　than　partial　response）was　39．5　weeks，　and　that　of non－responders　was　41．9　weeks．　The　difference　was　not　statistically　significant．　Grade　41eukocytopenia　and thrombocytopenia　were　observed　ill　4％of　patients．　Severe　emesis（grade　2，3）appeared　ill　72％，　and　severe anorexia　was　observed　in　78％．　The　result　of　this　study　was　ullsatisfactory，　so　we　must　persevere　in　developing
