Said method comprising: a metal catalyst in a horizontal direction or the vertical direction to the loading chamber; to increase the size of the particles of the catalyst metal by heating the catalyst metal; providing a carbon source gas in the catalyst metal while raising the temperature inside the chamber ; and the metal catalyst is formed by cooling the graphene.
