Организационные аспекты улучшения ранней диагностики рака прямой кишки путем проведения «Онкопатруля» и повышение качества оказания медицинской помощи данной категории больных с использованием интраоперационного облучения

In the article we observed the rectal cancer morbidity and mortality rate in Krasnodar region in comparison with median Russian Federation rates. The results of the preventive «Onkopatrul» project for rectal cancer early diagnostics were carried out. It is shown that not only specialized oncological care is effective in early diagnostics and prophylaxis of malignant neoplasm. Rectal cancer morbidity of Kuban population is 20,2-20,6 on 100 thousand. The Kuban «Onkopatrul» preventive project results in decreasing of III and IV rectal cancer stages from 39,9% in 2010 to 36,5% in 2012-2013. Moreover, improvement of specialized oncologic care for advanced rectal cancer by using of intraoperative «Photon radio surgical INTRABEAM®» system as the combined treatment described in the article.
