Синтез и исследование гиполипидемических свойств некоторых 8а-аналогов стероидных эстрогенов

8a—Steroid estrogen analogues have been synthesized and their structure was confirm by 'H and. 13C NMR data. The investigation of biological properties of obtained compounds on ovariectomized rats has shown that 18-ethyl-8a-estradiol 3-methyl ether and 18-ethyl-6-oxa-8a-estradiol 3-methyl ether possess best hypolipidemic activity.
