Lymphomatoid Tumor Infiltration of Renal Veins
1979
Abstract: A case of bilateral renal vein infiltration and thrombosis secondary to malignant lymphoma is presented. Although the kidney frequently is known to be involved by metastatic lymphoma, uremia is a rare terminal complication. The etiology and diagnosis of this disorder are discussed. We believe that it is important to recognize renal vein thrombosis in such patients so that treatment with radiation and/or chemotherapy may restore renal function.
