Legal Liability for Contaminated Water Supplies and Tools to Avoid it

Abstract It is estimated that hundreds of thousands of individuals become ill every year from consumption of contaminated drinking water. Not surprisingly, an increasing number of persons are concerned about the safety of their tap water from a municipal or private supplier of water.1
