The invention discloses a device for manufacturing a spiral grain selection device for high-temperature alloy single crystal growth in the technical field of metal die making. The device comprises an outer metal die and four inner metal inserts, wherein the inner metal inserts are fixedly arranged in an inner cavity of the outer metal die. The outer metal die is of a horizontal parting structure, comprises an upper template and a lower template and is hollow inside, wherein the upper template is positioned on the tops of the inner metal inserts, and the lower template is positioned on the bottoms of the inner metal inserts; and the inner metal inserts are respectively and rotatably arranged on four top corners inside the outer metal die. The device disclosed by the invention solves the problem of difficulty in machining space spiral structures of the metal dies of the spiral grain selection device, and ensures that a demoulding process becomes simple and efficient. Meanwhile, a graining section, a spiral section and a transition section are once integrally formed, thus a manufacture process of the grain selection is simplified; and the manufactured grain selector has high size precision and better surface smoothness.
