The invention relates to a single-shaft counter-force type double-rotary-drum detecting and testing platform of an inertia braking system of a trailer. The single-shaft counter-force type double-rotary-drum detecting and testing platform comprises a frame type base, an auxiliary device, an indication, measurement and control system, an impact signal generating system and a detection system. The detection system comprises a rotary drum device, a drive device and a measurement device, wherein the rotary drum device is composed of two pairs of parallel driving rotary drums and driven rotary drums, a third rotary drum capable of revolving and swinging vertically is arranged between the driving rotary drums and the driven rotary drums, and a rotating speed sensor is arranged on the third rotary drum. The single-shaft counter-force type double-rotary-drum detecting and testing platform has the advantages that the impact signal generating system can simulate the process that a tractor impacts the trailer in braking and compresses a traction ring, enables a trailer braking system to produce action and utilizes the detection system to detect the performance of the braking system. The single-shaft counter-force type double-rotary-drum detecting and testing platform can detect parameters including left wheel retardance force, right wheel retardance force, left wheel maximum braking force, right wheel maximum braking force, left wheel braking force difference, right wheel braking force difference, parking braking force and the like of the inertia braking system of the trailer.
